LA POZA TODOS SANTOS

CASA MILA

Designed for presence, for stillness, for awe.

SHORT FOR MILAGRO (MIRACLE)

Situated on the Tropic of Cancer in the La Poza neighborhood of Todos Santos, Casa Mila sits between the lagoon and the Pacific — designed with a deep respect for the land and the light.

Photographer Brad Ogbonna described it as feeling like it could be featured in Architectural Digest — "a mix of Mexico and North Africa that made perfect sense."

Spacious living room with white furniture, large windows with black frames, white curtains, and a neutral color palette.
Living & Dining

OPEN, WARM,
UNHURRIED

The main living area is an open, light-filled space that moves seamlessly to the outdoor terraces. Curated with personal artifacts, handmade pieces, and warm textures — it feels lived-in and considered. A fireplace anchors the courtyard for cooler evenings.

OPEN PLAN · COURTYARD FIREPLACE · FULLY EQUIPPED KITCHEN

A bedroom with white walls and ceiling, featuring a white bed with neutral bedding, a white modern chair, and large arched windows with white curtains. The windows open to a balcony with outdoor furniture, overlooking greenery and a clear blue sky. There is a wooden ladder with black towels, a standing lamp, a ceiling fan, an air conditioning unit, and a paper lantern light inside.

WAKE UP TO THE OCEAN

The master bedroom faces the ocean. A king bed, linen curtains, and the sound of the Pacific in the morning. The en-suite bathroom includes a deep soaking tub, a shower, and a private outdoor shower beyond.

KING BED · OCEAN VIEW · EN-SUITE BATH · OUTDOOR SHOWER

Two white beds with black striped bed runners and pillows, a small table, large windows with white curtains, and a balcony with plants outside in a bright, minimalist bedroom.
Second Bedroom

FLEXIBLE,
COMFORTABLE

Located off the back of the house and courtyard, the second bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and twin beds that can be arranged into a king. A quiet, private corner of the house.

TWIN / KING · EN-SUITE · PRIVATE COURTYARD ACCESS

A minimalist bedroom with white walls, a bed with white linens and black accent pillows, a wooden sliding barn door on a black track, open shelves with dishes and towels, and a small window with trees outside.
THE CASITA

YOUR OWN PRIVATE RETREAT

Adjacent to the pool, the newly designed casita is a self-contained guesthouse with a master bed, small kitchen, bathroom with shower, and a twin sofa that can sleep an additional guest. Included with the house.

KING SIZE BED · KITCHENETTE · SHOWER · POOL ACCESS

Swimming pool with a shallow area in the foreground, surrounded by lounge chairs with white umbrellas, and a modern white building with a wooden pergola on a bright, sunny day, with green tropical plants and trees.

DAYS THAT DISSOLVE SLOWLY

The saltwater pool runs nine meters — long enough to swim laps, calm enough to float and forget the time. Heated in winter months to 78°F. The patio is shaded, generous, and designed for long afternoons.

9M SALTWATER POOL · HEATED IN WINTER · LOUNGE CHAIRS · GAS GRILL · OUTDOOR DINING FOR 8

Outdoor terrace with built-in seating and a shaded pergola, overlooking a tropical landscape with palm trees and the ocean in the distance.
ROOFTOP TERRACE

WHERE EVERYTHING BUILDS TOWARD SUNSET

The rooftop is the heart of Casa Mila at the end of the day. Panoramic views of the Pacific Ocean, the lagoon, and the Sierra de la Laguna mountains. From December through April, gray and humpback whales are visible from here.
