A WORLD APART
La Poza is unlike anywhere else in Todos Santos. A freshwater lagoon fed by underground springs sits at the end of an ancient palm grove that stretches from the historic center all the way to the Pacific shore — dividing the town into two distinct worlds.
To the east: the old town, the art galleries, the cultural center, the colonial architecture. To the west: La Poza, Las Tunas, the rental homes, the newer neighborhood, the road toward La Pastora.
Casa Mila sits on the hillside above this boundary — looking out over the palm grove, the lagoon, and the open ocean beyond. It's one of the few properties in Todos Santos that captures all of it at once.

Todos Santos earned its reputation the honest way. Founded in 1723 around a Jesuit mission, the town grew through the sugar cane era and reinvented itself quietly over the decades that followed — attracting artists, surfers, farmers, and travelers drawn to something that's increasingly hard to find: a place that hasn't tried too hard to become anything other than itself.
Today it's an unlikely mix of working ranches and world-class restaurants, surf culture and contemporary art galleries, taco stands and natural wine bars. The historic center lies inland — a walkable grid of colonial architecture, galleries, and plazas.
The kind of place where the farmer's market is next to the surf shop, and the best table in town is at a restaurant that grows its own vegetables nearby.
